Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EntireCalc (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The service

EntireCalc provides free online construction calculators and related information. No account is required to use the tools. Features may change, and tools may be added, updated, or removed at any time.

Estimates only — no professional advice

Calculator results are planning estimates only. They depend on the numbers you enter and on simplified assumptions (for example waste factors, typical package sizes, or geometry).

• Results are not engineering drawings, architectural plans, structural designs, or permit approvals.
• They are not a substitute for local building codes, manufacturer instructions, or a licensed professional’s judgment.
• Using the Site does not create an engineer–client, contractor–client, or other professional relationship.

Always confirm quantities, methods, and safety requirements on site and with qualified professionals before you buy materials or build.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate inputs and understand that wrong inputs produce wrong estimates
• Verify material yields, coverage rates, and pack sizes on product labels
• Obtain any permits, inspections, and code-compliant designs required in your area
• Follow safe work practices and use appropriate protective equipment; the Site does not provide job-site safety training
• Use results as a buy-list guide, then adjust for real conditions (slope, waste, cuts, site access, and supplier rules)

Acceptable use

• Use the calculators for personal or commercial project planning
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Site in a way that harms service for others
• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Contact form and email messages must be truthful and not abusive; see our Privacy Policy for how messages are handled

No warranty

The Site and all calculators are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied—including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntireCalc and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, materials, time, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on calculator results—including under- or over-ordering materials or construction outcomes.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, branding, and code are owned by EntireCalc or its licensors. You may use calculator outputs for your own projects. You may not copy, mirror, republish, or resell the Site’s interface, code, or content as your own product without permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also acknowledge that policy.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who can understand and apply planning estimates responsibly. If you are under 13, do not use the contact form to send personal information. Parents or guardians should supervise younger users who only view educational calculator pages.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance, hosting issues, or changes to tools may interrupt access. Calculator formulas and defaults may be updated to improve accuracy or clarity; past results are not guaranteed to match future versions.

Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to hold EntireCalc and its operators harmless from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your reliance on estimates without professional verification, or your violation of these terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, are the main agreement between you and EntireCalc for use of the Site, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
